About Jim
I have over 35 years experience as a therapist, as a counselor, psychotherapist, and marriage and relationship counselor. Before beginning full time private practice in 1982, I worked at hospitals and clinics that gave me a broad range of therapy experiences that help me daily.

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, M.S.W. from Tulane, and an M.A. in Sociology from Vanderbilt
- Current President of Atlanta Psychotherapy Guild
- Member of American Academy of Psychotherapists, past President of the Academy’s southern region
- Board-Certified Diplomate with American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work
